We work quickly to ship your order. Products are shipped only to U.S. States where they are legal. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours and typically arrive in 3–4 business days via USPS or UPS. Customers must be 21+ to order. Cancellation Policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. All sales are final, orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped. We will replace or refund damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery either below or at frozenpondhempco@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
